What we provide

We bring the espresso machine, grinder, locally roasted coffee, house-made syrups, multiple milk options, cups, lids, napkins, and everything else needed to serve your guests well. You provide the space, power, and people. We handle the rest, from setup to breakdown.

Espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, cold brew, chai, hot chocolate, seasonal specials, and house flavors made to order. We source from roasters we trust (Field Day Coffee in SLO) and build the menu to feel approachable whether your guests know coffee deeply or just know what they like.

The cart does not have to feel like something dropped into the middle of your event. We can customize the cart, cups, and menu to match your brand, theme, or occasion, and create signature drinks. It can be as subtle or as branded as you want.

Your event is staffed by Toussaint baristas, not subcontractors. Our Disney-trained service is warm, efficient, and polished, whether we are serving a wedding, conference, private party, launch, open house, film set, or multi-day event.

No cash bar. No guests fumbling for cards. No coffee traveler sitting in the corner. Our private-event model means service is planned around your guest count and event flow, so people can simply walk up, order what they want, and enjoy it. Learn more about our pricing model.

Our cart can go places a coffee truck cannot: offices, indoor venues, patios, lobbies, retail spaces, private homes, and event spaces with limited access. All we typically need is a roughly 5×5-foot area, a dedicated power source, and a point person to show us where to set up.

Weddings, birthdays, corporate events, conferences, brand activations, retail pop-ups, concerts, festivals, charity events, holiday parties, open houses, product launches, community gatherings, and more. We primarily serve California’s Central Coast, but we are happy to travel when the event makes sense.

Dom spent more than a decade behind the bar, and Mel spent years telling him he’d have a coffee business of his own someday. After moving closer to family and realizing great coffee was harder to find, they started wondering why they were waiting for someone else to bring it.
Then came their son, Zyair Toussaint, whose arrival changed how they thought about time, family, and what they wanted to build together. Toussaint grew from Dom’s craft, Mel’s belief in him, Zyair’s inspiration (and middle name), and a shared love of good coffee, good people, and spaces that feel warm, soulful, and dope.
