If your timing, guest count, menu, or other event details change, let us know as soon as possible. If we’re able to accommodate the change, we’ll update your quote or booking accordingly.
Changes that affect service time, staffing, equipment, travel, or guest count may also affect your final price.
-
Generally, no.
Toussaint primarily operates as a private-event catering service. Rather than asking your guests to pay individually, you book the cart for a set service period and drinks are included for your guests during that time.
We occasionally offer pay-per-cup service at select public or seasonal events, but we do not typically offer a cash-bar or individual pay-per-drink option for private events.
-
Pretty much everything you need for coffee service.
We bring the cart, espresso machine, grinder, locally roasted single-origin coffee, house-made syrups, whole milk, oat milk, almond milk, cups, lids, sleeves, napkins, water, and the equipment needed to serve your guests.
We also handle setup, service, and cleanup.
From your venue, we simply need a roughly 5×5-foot space per cart, one dedicated 15-amp circuit/outlet per cart, a wheelchair-accessible setup location, and a point of contact who can show us where to set up.
-
Absolutely!
For outdoor service, the cart needs adequate shade and weather protection, along with access to power within 30 feet unless a generator is being used.
Because wind, rain, heat, and other conditions can affect both our equipment and service, we may need to adjust the setup if weather becomes unsafe or unsuitable for operation. We’ll work with you ahead of time to make the best plan possible.
-
Heck yeah! And in some really cool ways, too.
We can customize the experience with options like branded cart wraps, custom printed cups, logos printed directly onto drinks with our Ripples printer, and signature beverages created specifically for your event or brand. Plus, you choose whether you want a white or black cart.
Customization is completely optional and priced separately, so you can keep things simple or go all in.
-
Every event is staffed by Toussaint Coffee’s own trained baristas. We don’t subcontract our coffee service.
That means the people serving your guests know our equipment, our drinks, and the level of hospitality we want every Toussaint event to have.
-
Please allow up to 90 minutes before service begins for load-in and setup and up to 60 minutes after service ends for breakdown and load-out.
These times are separate from your booked service window.
-
The earlier, the better — especially for weekends, weddings, and popular holidays or dates.
That said, if your event is coming up soon, still reach out. When our schedule allows, we’re happy to accommodate shorter-turnaround bookings.
-
We’d love to!
We can accommodate multi-day conferences, brand activations, corporate events, markets, and other extended events. We’ll quote the full event together based on the number of days, daily service hours, expected guest count, and overall setup.
Just include all event dates and service times when you request your quote.
